Hi, I'm William Techler
I'm an avid adventurer, traveler and photographer. I grew up traveling the world and lived in some beautiful countries. Home has always been hard to define for myself. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, I realized that nature was my home, rather than a city or country. Everywhere I lived or traveled to I found myself on top of a mountain, in a tent under the stars or creating new memories with strangers. This lifestyle led me to my passion of photography.
I first picked up a camera when I was 12 years old, and it didn't take long until I was begging my parents for my own. I was intrigued by all the possibilities and loved that I could save a memory of something I had just experienced. A couple 100,000 pictures later, I fell in love with landscapes and portraits.
I live in beautiful Colorado with my partner and our two fur babies Mia & Rey. When I am not behind a camera you can find me paddle boarding, hiking, biking or loosing myself on a remote dirt road. I enjoy good food, spending time at a brewery and learning new things.
I love the feeling I get when I look back at a picture from my childhood or from a special place. This is my goal for you! I want to create a memory that will bring you back to a time in your life where you can relive the experience/emotion. I'm all about creating a fun and laidback environment during our session, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy the moment.
